Public website
The public marketing and legal site at upsellme.app is a static, script-free site. Marvello does not currently place advertising, behavioural-analytics or preference cookies on it. Cloudflare may process network and security signals needed to deliver and protect the site; this is not used by Marvello for cross-site advertising.
Shopify merchant app
Inside Shopify, Shopify and Upsell Me use strictly necessary session, authentication, security and request-integrity technologies so an authorised merchant can use the embedded app. Shopify controls its own cookies and platform technology under Shopify's notices.
Storefront and customer surfaces
Upsell Me can use privacy-safe identifiers and events to prevent duplicates, apply saved eligibility rules and measure offer outcomes. Non-essential Browsing interaction measurement is designed not to start or send events when Shopify reports that tracking is not permitted. Merchants remain responsible for their storefront consent banner, notices and configuration. Upsell Me does not use these events for cross-context behavioural advertising or sell them.
Changes and choices
If Marvello adds non-essential public-site technology, this notice and any required consent control must be updated before activation. Browser controls can block cookies, but blocking necessary Shopify authentication technology may prevent the app from working.
